The agency provides affordable peer counselling services and community groups in the Cowichan Valley, BC. The Cowichan Family Life Association grew out of a grassroots movement driven by concerned and caring people, who believed counselling services should be available to everyone and that people like you and I could learn the fundamental skills to provide quality counselling support.
